Whitford New Build

This large property in rural East Auckland was entirely gutted and essentially rebuilt from the ground up, including a new façade, roof, and the layout of the home redesigned. We were on the project from the beginning, and we designed the lighting, security, CCTV, Audio, Visual, Automation, data, communications and electrical.

Unlike for commercial projects, the lighting had to be designed with a home-comfort mindset. To this end, we communicated with the client and a plan was made for each space in the house.

As this house was being designed with a state-of-the-art home entertainment and security system, we worked with Intelligent Environments to design and install fully integrative home automation technology.
